It is characterized by an overall feeling of losing emotional control, heart palpitations, hyperventilation and even dizziness. In most cases, there is nothing wrong physically, it turns out to be an emotional problem in the end. Here are some great ways to handle and control panic attacks. First is to accept reality. Its plain and simple. Just accept the reality that the situation has reached a certain point that you just had to react with it and go with the flow. Second is talk to someone you trust. Tell them about the situation that you are in. Letting the feeling go and sharing it with someone eases tension. Lastly, calm down and relax. Think of a situation that makes you feel secured and happy. Panic is not that hard to deal with. However, if it becomes chronic and really hard to handle, then its about time to go to your trusted physician.
