Based on a latest medical study it was discovered that omega-3 is not only beneficial to the heart but also guarantee good mood to persons taking it.
In the study conducted by the University of Pittsburgh it was discovered that those people who have low omega-3 intake have a negative outlook in life than those who have high doses of this kind of fatty acids.
Dr. Sarah Conklin, one of the researchers explained omega-3 fatty acids has some composition in it that makes it trigger good mood to the brain of a person.
Conklin added those persons who have high doses of omega-3 in their body are also optimistic and confident than those who do not have it.
However, Conklin said she and the rest of the researchers would conduct further study to determine if eating fish regularly can effectively cause changes in the brain.
Omega-3 fatty acids are common among fish products such as salmon.
