As a study firmly established, people who are active and those who exercise a lot not only have better than the usual bodies but they also have better brains. There are many researchers who agreed to this fact. it is true that a balanced diet can protect the brain and also ward off mental disorders. Bottomline is, those who are active learn faster, think clearer and has the ability to bounce back easily from brain injuries like stroke. These people are also less prone to depression and other age related cognitive problems.

As one of the researchers said, exercise is like hunger which is a stress to the body and sometimes, this stress can be good. How? Exercise requires a lot of exhaustion in energy. One of the major organs that need a lot of energy is the brain. Once a lot energy is being used, the physiology of the body spurs to protect it by releasing brain building factors and burning calories quickly.

So you want to be smart? Eat healthy and exercise!
