Burn Out

There will come a time that you would get tired of going to work and doing the usual stuff that you do. Signs of burnout are the loss of desire to work and feeling trapped and confined in an unwinnable situation. Every person can be affected by this problem and there is absolutely no exemption from this. Loss of the drive or motivation keeps one’s focus from work away. This stops one from performing the finest tasks and deliver with their full abilities. This makes the whole job meaningless.

The best cure for this is to learn self-management. Motivation has to be managed to get one’s self moving and keep the momentum going. Setting a goal is a good start and one should also take on a project that is enthusiastic and appealing. Give rewards for a job well done and sooner or later, the motivation will come back.

Yes and my motivation will come back if the one I love goes on a date with me Saturday night. For example if my hint does not fail me then maybe a delicacy of italian food and a movie would be great. I will treat. All it takes is one phone call. Or we could go to this place called Michelle’s place and just kick it.
