Journal Writing
I always thought that writing a diary was always a thing for the girls. Ever since I was young that was my mindset. I know it seems twisted but that was the way I was thinking before.
As of this moment, I kept a diary by my side and update it every single night. It was my therapy for a stressful day. I once read that writing releases the stress and the tension before it breaks out into something destructive. I find it pretty relaxing and it exercises my brain as well. It makes me creative and spontaneous. The best effect however is the fact that it gives me time to think on how to deal with problems. It straightens my mind and it narrows down the problem.
Journal writing is good for the mind especially when you are feeling stressed. Try it out and feel the difference.

I will try it out. I agree. I believe that journal writing does help. In fact some day I will write a book about my life and get rich. My sister and I plan on writing it together. Why not, right? It seems like everyone writes a book these days about their traumatic childhood. Then they go on Oprah and talk about it. Thank you for the blog. Take care.

Oh, i almost forgot, another healing thing to do is dance. The music is good for ones soul. Does anyone know of a great night club to go to and meet people, perhaps in Sacramento, on Saturday night? Or in Davis? But Davis is small town and we have to be careful cuz everyone knows each other.

And night clubs are good cuz, he/she can have fun, but most importantly a person can get to know another person, just as a person.
